COTTON PADS

YUNXI-CloudSkin manufactures cotton pads in various shapes for baby care, beauty, and healthcare applications. Our pads can be customized with embossing, side-stitching, open or closed edges, and adjustable weights to meet customer requirements.

Since 2016, our Hubei-based facility has utilized hydro-entanglement (water bonding) technology to produce cotton pads, ensuring multi-directional strength and "no fibre shedding." The state-of-the-art spunlace production line in Hubei integrates automated pad punching and retail bag packaging, followed by barcoding and carton preparation after inspection.

We employ European-imported machinery to convert customer-designed printed films into drawstring bags for finished product packaging, reducing delivery lead times. YUNXI-CloudSkin is certified by the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) to produce 100% organic cotton pads in diverse formats.

COTTON BALLS

Our cotton balls are produced from cotton sliver manufactured in-house. The weight of the sliver is adjusted according to the weight requirement of the cotton balls. The cotton balls are ideal for a variety of hygienic uses. They are also used for cosmetic and baby care needs. Processing raw cotton to finished goods in-house ensures complete control over the quality of goods produced, while ensuring short lead times. The cotton balls are usually packaged in drawstring bags or zip lock bags, depending on the market requirements. We have state-of-the-art machinery imported from Europe, to convert the printed film (as per the artwork of the customer) into drawstring bags, in which the finished goods are packed.

COTTON ROLL

Cotton rolls are our own raw materials, which can be used to process makeup remover pads. We now have four production lines that can meet the monthly supply of 300 tons of cotton rolls.

COTTON BUDS

All our cotton buds are produced from cotton sliver, manufactured in-house. Processing raw cotton to finished goods in-house ensures complete control over the quality of goods produced, while ensuring short lead times. Cotton sliver, which is usually of a lower grammage compared to cotton balls, is wound onto the two ends of either a paper or plastic stem. The weight of the sliver varies according to the cotton bud being produced.

Napkins, we can produce large rolls of paper, and then cut into napkins or produce toilet paper, kitchen paper, single grams between 17-40g.
